The Expansion Journey is four private sessions to help you move through that season with intention. We’ll work with channeled guidance, energy work, and activation, and then take time to bring it all into your everyday life.

You won’t leave with a longer to-do list or another strategy to follow. This is time to slow down, listen inward, and let the next version of you come forward. Whether you’re in a life transition, taking on more leadership, or simply feel ready to go deeper, we’ll start right where you are.

How the four sessions unfold

Session One ~ Insight

We begin with where you are today. I’ll share channeled guidance from your Higher Self and Spirit Guides about the messages, themes, and opportunities coming up for you. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s asking to change.

Session Two ~ Recalibrate

Growth can stir things up, both energetically and emotionally. In this session I’ll do channeled energy work to help settle and realign what’s shifting, so that what you know, what you feel, and how you’re moving forward start to line up. There’s nothing you need to do. You simply receive.

Session Three ~ Activate

Knowing something is different from living it. Using channeled cosmic energy, this session is meant to awaken deeper parts of your intuition and inner knowing, the parts of you that may have been quiet for a while. It’s here to help you trust yourself more as you step into a new level of leadership. Again, you simply receive.

Session Four ~ Integrate

In our final session, we’ll look back at everything that has shifted, talk through any questions you’re still holding, and decide on practical next steps. That might be a personal practice, a change in how you lead, or a specific action in your business. The goal is for this to show up in your real life, long after our sessions end.
